  • Opening Hours
    We open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Our closing time is strictly 10:00 pm, so the latest booking time varies depending on the length of the service chosen.
  • Reservation Policy
    Please call us at + 66 2 714 1622-3 to make a reservation. Online reservations are not considered final or confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from or a phone call from our staff. We encourage you to make an appointment well in advance of your visit to ensure the widest selection of treatments and appointment times. We do not require your credit cardinformation when you book online on our website. However, please kindly read and follow our cancellation policy below.
  • Arrival & Check-in
    Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to relax and enjoy a welcome drink before your treatment. You will also be asked to complete a Consultation Form to ensure that we are providing the most appropriate treatment and more importantly to make us aware of any allergies, medical conditions, or preferences you may have.
  • Late Arrival
    We strive to begin and end all treatments on time, adhering to the appointment book, so that the next guest will not be delayed. In case of late arrival, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly and end at its schedule time. In special cases, and when our schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without a prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy
    If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without a prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
  • Medical Condition
    To enjoy a safe and nurturing spa experience, all customers will be asked to complete a Consultation Form and advise our spa receptionist of any health condition or current medical concerns, such as allergies, illness, injuries, high blood pressure, diabetes, or pregnancy. If necessary, please provide a written permission from the doctor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage can be conducted. We have the right and may deny services for guests showing signs of serious health problems or skin irritations or diseases, to ensure safety for both you and our therapist.
  • Pregnancy
    We offer a designated treatment for expectant mothers after the first trimester with doctor approval.
  • Payment & Gratuity
    We accept cash, major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, JCB, and UnionPay), and money transfer via KBank QR code. Gratuities are appreciated, but not mandatory nor included in the service prices. You may tip your therapist directly or leave it with the receptionist.
  • Quiet Environment
    Our spa is a place of serenity and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet and serene environment for all guests. As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Mobile phones must be turned off or put on silent mode when entering the spa.
  • Improper Conducts
    Mandarin Ginger Spa provides professional spa treatments only. If you are looking for a sexual service in any way, please look elsewhere. We have ZERO tolerance for improper behavior. If any customer improperly touches a therapist or makes sexual or suggestive remarks, the treatment will be immediately stopped and the customer will be responsible to make full payment.
